⭐ What sold best last time

Some of the most popular items from recent successful stalls have included baked cheesecake, savoury quiches, double chocolate brownies, carrot cake with frosting, Mars Bar slice, chocolate crackles, gluten free options and dog treats — the dog treats sold out quickly!

📦 Please deliver items ready to serve

Where possible, please provide items already cut or portioned, and with any serving ware or packaging needed. This makes a huge difference on the day.

Drop everything at the preschool on Friday 11 September.

Food safety requirements

To meet food safety requirements for the stall, please make sure that:

⚠️ Nothing that needs refrigeration

We cannot sell products containing fresh cream or uncooked eggs, or anything else that requires refrigeration.

🫙 Cover or wrap everything

All food must be covered or individually wrapped.

🏷️ Label clearly

Especially if items are egg-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free or vegan.

🧁 Package allergy-friendly items separately

Where possible, keep allergy-friendly items in their own packaging so they stay separate on the stall.

Not a baker? You can still help.

If you'd like to support the fundraiser but don't want to bake, you are very welcome to donate ingredients for other families to use.

Ingredient donations can be delivered to the preschool by Friday 4 September.

🙋 Helping on the day Full

The volunteer roster for the stall is now full. We're very grateful to the families who will be donating their time on the day.

There's still plenty of help needed elsewhere — baked goods and ingredient donations are very welcome.

This isn't compulsory — but it helps us plan the stall, avoid ending up with twelve carrot cakes, and make sure we have enough of the things that sell fastest.
